10 years ago I was empty ,lost and down , empty with no direction was not such a nice time .But that's one boring story and i don't want to waste your time with it ,

 I was introduced to 3 things .One  I actually was looking for but did not know of a trusted source to get it from. The other 2 i made a decision and learnt how to use them ..so simple and worth the effort.

Now my Life and wellness has changed dramatically for the better and the quality of our lives as a family has been upgraded to a whole new level.

I'm fearless and I'm free, and I want to shout from the mountain top of how wonderful I feel.

 Now I'm on a mission to reach out to as many people that I can to empower them with knowledge and the  resources that I have to help them know that they too can take wellness to a whole new level and Vibrate Higher

Mothers are the gatekeepers of our families, we would go to the end of the earth to see that our kids and spouse are well and protected.But we first need to take care of ourselves !!
